Tim Sheridan is the president of sheridanarchitecture, which specializes in residential,    
 commercial, and corporate office projects. Mr. Sheridan has been practicing architecture since    
 1996. He previously worked for Nagle Hartray Danker Kagan McKay Penney, Harry Weese    
 Associates, Warman Olsen Warman Ltd., and Rodie/Scherrer, Inc., all in Chicago. As a head of    
 the firm, Mr. Sheridan provides design and programming direction to clients. He is also    
 responsible for the coordination of the entire project team, including the consultants, and    
 organizes the process to keep the project on time and on budget. Mr. Sheridan serves as the    
 day to day contact from pre-design services through occupancy.
